The IOA Friendship (800.971.0016) is both a crisis intervention hotline and a warmline for non-emergency emotional support calls in San Francisco or anywhere in the United States. It is available 24-hours a day and provides emotional support for adults over 60 and for those living with disabilities.

In addition to emotional support, Friendship Line offers  socialization for those feeling isolated,  grief support, elder abuse reporting, suicide intervention and information and referrals services.
