Dr. Serggio Lanata, M.D., M.S., is an Associate Professor, UCSF Dept of Neurology, Memory and Aging Center; Global Brain Health Institute. His research focuses on improving treatment for Alzheimer’s disease in underserved and underrepresented communities.
Dr. Lanata will speak about:
- Risk factors that lead to cognitive decline, including income levels and traumatic life experiences
- New insights and treatments, and
- Dementia versus normal aging.
