Californians are ready and eager to pass AB 14 to show voters who’s really behind political ads trying to buy your vote.  It’s the first bill in the nation to require political ads to clearly show their top three true funders, not front groups.
The California Clean Money Campaign AB 14 will require ads about ballot measures plus outside expenditure ads about candidates to clearly and prominently list the true names of their top three funders.  It applies to ads on TV, radio, print, the internet, and more.
